During this workshop, instructors will discuss the following topics about asset management: - Overview of transportation asset management principles - Lowering costs by using an asset management plan - Preventative maintenance treatments for asphalt - Choosing the right preventative maintenance strategies

ArcGIS software is used to create input geometry files for HEC-RAS. Flood mapping will be completed using the RAS GIS functionality. This workshop will teach hydrological analysis using HEC-RAS and ArcGIS. Attendees will learn how to: ? Model the existing conditions of waterways ? Analyze the impact of proposed culverts and bridges ? Link profiles to their physical location using ArcGIS
