Federal Highway Administration�s requirements, the Manual of Uniform

Cost and Registration
There is no cost to participate. To register, call the Michigan Local
Technical Assistance Program at 906-487-2102. Connections to the web
conference site will be limited; the number of attendees at one site is
not limited. Please register as early as possible to ensure your
participation. Following registration you will receive instructions
regarding access to the web conference site.
